Senior RF IC Engineer

We’re looking for an experienced RF IC Engineer to join one of our key clients on an initial 9 month contract, working onsite in Hampshire.

You will be responsible for the design and verification of RF IC blocks, including LO buffers and RF test circuits.

We are looking for the following experience;

  • Minimum 5 years RF IC design experience
  • Experience with LO buffers, RF test circuits
  • Strong RF IC design and verification knowledge
  • Proficient in Cadence tools
  • Experience working with 40nm or less
