- Hands-on experience with PIC or semiconductor fabrication processes (lithography, etching, deposition, cleaning) in a cleanroom environment
- Ability to develop, optimize, and troubleshoot fabrication processes with a focus on quality and yield
- Strong understanding of micro/nanofabrication techniques and process control
- Collaborative approach to working with design and test teams to ensure device performance and manufacturability
- Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- Experience with optical/electrical characterization of photonic devices and data analysis is advantageous
