- Experience in the design and simulation of metasurfaces and nanophotonic structures (e.g., FDTD, FEM, or similar methods)
- Hands-on expertise in micro/nanofabrication processes (lithography, etching, deposition) within a cleanroom environment
- Ability to translate design concepts into manufacturable devices, including process development and optimization
- Strong understanding of light–matter interaction at the nanoscale and electromagnetic theory
- Experience collaborating across design, fabrication, and test workflows
- Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- Experience with optical characterization and performance analysis of metasurfaces is advantageous
