What We’re Looking for in a The Lead Systems Architect – AI Power Strategy:
- 10 years of experience developing advanced power solutions within the semiconductor industry.
- Hi EQ and Interpersonal Skills (Client-Facing)
- Expertise in power architecture and power delivery for CPUs, GPUs, AI accelerators, and high-current ASICs.
- Extensive experience with multiphase VR design and power solutions for data center, server, or high-performance computing applications.
- Deep understanding of magnetics, passive component selection, power stage design, control loops, and system-level power optimization.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with hardware, firmware, and software teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with experience influencing technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience with power modeling and simulation tools (e.g., SIMPLIS) is highly desirable.
Salary : $250,000 - $350,000
