Contract: 12 months (initial)
Location: Leuven (Hybrid 1 -3 days on site)
IC Resources are currently supporting a client in their search for an experienced ASIC NPI Project Manager to lead a complex ASIC backend programme.
This role will focus on driving New Product Introduction activities across the full backend flow, including package design, assembly, test, and qualification.

- Define and manage the overall project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Lead ASIC NPI activities across packaging, assembly, test, and qualification phases
- Oversee supplier engagement, including cost tracking and performance monitoring
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
- Drive progress against key milestones and proactively mitigate risks
- Strong background in ASIC Test Development
- Solid experience with ASIC Qualification flows
- Proven track record in Project Management within semiconductor environments
- Experience managing suppliers and controlling project costs
- Ability to lead complex, cross-functional programmes
