Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced siding and gutter laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining siding and gutter systems on residential and commercial buildings. Your expertise in construction techniques, safety protocols, and working with various materials will ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace siding materials including vinyl, fiber cement, stucco, and metal siding according to project specifications and safety standards
• Measure and interpret construction plans and technical drawings to ensure precise installation of siding and gutters
• Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and scaffolding safely while adhering to construction safety regulations and safety protocol guidelines
• Install various types of gutters, including seamless, sectional, and custom-fitted systems for residential and commercial properties
• Conduct roofing repairs involving single-ply membrane roofing, metal roofing, or tile roofing as needed for project completion
• Perform heavy lifting of materials such as siding panels, gutters, concrete forms, or masonry components while maintaining proper ergonomic techniques
• Follow all construction workplace safety regulations diligently, including the use of safety harnesses when working at heights

Qualifications

• Proven experience in siding installation, gutter work, roofing repair, or related construction fields with a strong focus on exterior building systems
• Skilled in interpreting technical drawings and construction plans accurately
• Familiarity with construction estimating processes and material calculations
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, scaffolding safely and efficiently
• Knowledge of masonry, stucco application, caulking techniques, metal stud framing, concrete forming or remodeling is a plus
• Outdoor work experience in various weather conditions with a focus on safety compliance
• Strong understanding of construction safety harnesses usage and ladder use protocols
• Prior experience with heavy lifting tasks and restoration projects preferred
