What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse/Insulation Lamination Team Member position at IBP?
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently perform tasks assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
- Meet Project Deadlines
- Maintain a clean, safe workspace.
- Perform consistent quality control.
- Load/Unload trucks as needed in the warehouse.
- Safely operate a forklift when needed.
- Willing to help in all areas needed in the warehouse.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year of related experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
- Experience with machinery preferred.
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure and other measuring devices.
- Aptitude to comprehend instructions through oral, written, or diagram form.
Physical Requirements
- Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Handling bulky products
- Standing for long periods of time
