Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the department, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
- Supervise and train department staff to ensure they meet performance standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate project timelines and resources.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and timely project completion.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a foreman or supervisor in a construction-related field.
- Strong knowledge of shelving, mirrors, shower doors, bath accessories, and door lock installation.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
