Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator for a 1st shift position in Durham, NC. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MIG and TIG welding, particularly stainless steel, along with general fabrication experience.
Responsibilities- Perform MIG and TIG welding.
- Weld and fabricate stainless steel components.
- Perform general metal fabrication and assembly.
- Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
- Set up and operate welding equipment and related hand/power tools.
- Perform fitting, layout, grinding, and finishing as needed.
- Inspect completed welds and fabricated components for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a safe and clean work area.
- Follow company safety and quality procedures.
- Previous hands-on welding experience.
- Experience with MIG and TIG welding.
- Stainless steel welding experience preferred/required based on client needs.
- Ability to perform general fabrication work.
- Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work 1st shift in Durham, NC.
- Must be willing to complete a weld test in Raleigh.
- $25–$28/hour, depending on experience.
- 1st shift.
- Full-time position.
