Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Recruiting Services Professional, you will manage all recruiting activities related to attracting, selecting, and hiring candidates for clients. You will proactively engage with clients to understand and plan for current and future hiring demands.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Develop Recruiting Strategies: Define, develop, and implement robust recruiting and sourcing strategies that align with the client's goals and objectives, ensuring a deep understanding of the client's needs, industry, and competitive forces.
• Client Engagement: Proactively engage with clients to understand and plan for current and future hiring demands, effectively communicating the client's Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to both the external and internal market.
• Talent Process Management: Ensure that talent processes align with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and business controls, leveraging data to support discussions and implement simplification, innovation, and continuous improvement strategies in delivery.
• Team Leadership: Provide work direction, guide employees on various processes, and act as a point of escalation for team members, as needed.
• Delivery Optimization: Anticipate and address potential delivery challenges proactively, maintaining client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  
  

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Exposure to Recruiting Strategies: Experience working with client-focused recruiting strategies, defining, developing, and implementing plans to meet hiring demands and align with client goals.
• Client Relationship Management: Exposure to managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and communicating Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to internal and external markets.
• Talent Process Alignment: Experience working with talent processes, ensuring alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and business controls.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Exposure to leveraging data to support discussions, implementing simplification, innovation, and continuous improvement strategies in delivery.
