- Design Efficient Time Management Processes: Design and configure time management processes that align with clients' policies and regulatory requirements, leveraging modern time tracking methodologies to optimize performance.
- Configure Payroll Structures: Develop and implement payroll structures that meet clients' specific needs, ensuring compliance with global payroll regulations and best practices.
- Manage Absences: Design and manage absence management processes that align with clients' policies and regulatory requirements, utilizing absence management best practices to minimize errors and ensure compliance.
- Lead Workshops and Training Sessions: Deliver workshops and training sessions to end-users, enabling them to effectively utilize the Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules for accurate time recording, leave management, and payroll processing.
- Provide Post-Go-Live Support: Offer post-go-live support, including data validation and troubleshooting, to ensure smooth system operation and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Deep Expertise in Workday HCM Solutions: Proven experience with Workday's human capital management (HCM) solutions, specifically the Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules, with a strong understanding of their integration and optimization.
- Government Payroll Regulations Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of State & Local payroll regulations and best practices.
- Time Tracking Methodologies & Advanced Scheduling Expertise: Advanced understanding of modern time tracking methodologies, with experience in designing and configuring efficient time management processes.
- Absence Management Best Practices: Deep understanding of absence management best practices, with experience in designing and managing absence management processes that minimize errors and ensure compliance.
- Complex Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven ability to address complex issues arising during system configuration or usage, with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Workday certification is required.
- Government Payroll Compliance Knowledge: Experience with government payroll regulations and best practices, including designing and implementing compliant payroll structures, is beneficial for this role.
