Your Role And Responsibilities
As an Oracle Data & AI Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for go-to market (GTM), sales, and pre-sales activities driving innovative cloud, data, and AI solutions on Oracle Cloud. You will collaborate with clients to define data strategies, design scalable architectures, and implement analytics and AI/ML capabilities that drive business transformation.
Responsibilities
- Develop industry and market resonating GTM offerings, initiatives, thought leadership around Oracle Data & AI (SaaS apps, OCI, & Database)
- Lead end-to-end design conversations of Data and AI solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Architect solutions across Data Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Data Integration, Analytics, and AI/ML workloads.
- Work with OCI services such as Autonomous Database, Oracle Data Lakehouse, Data Integration, Data Flow, GoldenGate, Analytics Cloud (OAC), and AI Services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data and AI components across applications, infrastructure, and security layers.
- Lead pre-sales activities including client presentations, solution design, and proposal development.
- Define best practices for cloud data architecture, governance, and MLOps.
- Mentor project teams and guide clients on adopting AI and data-driven decision-making.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
Required Skills
- 10 years of experience in Data and Analytics, with a minimum of 4 years in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Strong expertise in OCI Data and AI services — Autonomous Database, OAC, Data Lakehouse, GoldenGate, Data Flow, and AI/ML tools.
- Strong expertise in broader Data and AI strategies and client discussions around those topics
- Proven experience in building a market and driving sales.
- Proven experience designing and delivering data pipelines, analytics models, and machine learning workflows.
- Deep understanding of data architecture, governance, and integration frameworks.
- Experience with GenAI, LLM-based solutions, and MLOps frameworks preferred.
- Strong client-facing communication and solution advisory skills.
- Experience leading large-scale cloud transformation projects.
