Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Licensed Public Adjuster role based in FL (several locations). The Licensed Public Adjuster will handle property damage claims, review and interpret insurance policies, negotiate with insurance companies, and assist clients in securing fair settlements. Daily responsibilities include conducting damage assessments, preparing detailed reports, and providing expert guidance throughout the claims process.
Qualifications
- Experience in Property Damage Assessment and Property Claims Management
- Knowledge of Insurance Policies, Insurance Claims Processes, and Industry Standards
- Expertise in Claim Adjustments and Settlement Negotiations
- Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Valid Public Adjuster license in the state of Florida
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and reporting systems
- Flexibility to work on-site and travel as needed for inspections
- Prior experience in public adjusting or similar roles is highly preferred
