What We’re Looking For
This is not for average operators.
We’re looking for a surgeon who:
- Converts consultations into procedures at a high level
- Moves with urgency and efficiency in both clinic and OR
- Is confident in both surgical and non-surgical revenue streams
- Takes ownership of outcomes, patients, and growth
- Wants to scale - not just maintain
Scope of Practice
- Cosmetic and plastic surgical procedures
- Injectables, fillers, and non-surgical aesthetic treatments
- Patient consultations and treatment planning
- Pre-op and post-op management
- Collaboration with the clinical and operations team to drive volume and efficiency
Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Completion of an accredited Plastic or Cosmetic Surgery residency
- Active Florida medical license
- Board Certified or Board Eligible preferred
Experience
- 2 years of cosmetic/plastic surgery experience preferred
- ASC experience preferred
