Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Phoenix, AZ, for a Litigation Attorney. The Litigation Attorney will manage a diverse caseload and handle tasks such as drafting and filing motions, conducting depositions, preparing for trials, and representing clients in court proceedings. The role requires collaboration with clients, support staff, and other attorneys to ensure excellent legal support and advocacy on behalf of our clients.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge and experience in the field of Law, with a focus on litigation and immigration law.
- Proficiency in drafting and filing Motions, and strong legal writing skills.
- Experience working in Courts, coupled with knowledge of courtroom procedures and protocols.
- Capabilities in handling Trials and representing clients effectively during legal proceedings.
- Experience conducting Depositions and gathering testimony to support case strategies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and advocacy skills are essential.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar license in Arizona.
- Experience in immigration law or litigation is preferred but not required.
