Delgado Entertainment Law is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney (4 years experience) to serve as a litigation supervisor and strategist for high-stakes, federal matters. This role is designed for an attorney who can operate at a high level—reviewing motion practice, driving case strategy, and ensuring procedural accuracy across jurisdictions—while elevating the performance of a growing litigation team.
What You’ll Do:
Lead litigation strategy across federal cases from pleadings through dispositive motions
Review, edit, and supervise motion practice (MTDs, MSJs, discovery motions) for quality, accuracy, and persuasiveness
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local court rules across multiple jurisdictions
Mentor and supervise attorneys, improving legal reasoning, writing, and strategic execution
Conduct and guide advanced legal research on complex and novel issues
What You Bring:
4 years of litigation experience
Admission to at least one U.S. federal court
Strong experience drafting and reviewing dispositive motions
Demonstrated ability to analyze and apply procedural rules across jurisdictions
Excellent legal writing, issue-spotting, and strategic thinking skills
