What You’ll Do
- Answer calls from customers interested in satellite internet
- Recommend service plans and equipment based on customer needs
- Explain pricing, installation, speed, and availability
- Close sales while delivering a great customer experience
- Assist with orders and document customer interactions
- Meet and exceed sales conversion goals
What We’re Looking For
- Positive upbeat personalities
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer skills and comfort using multiple systems
- Motivation to meet goals
- Flexibility to work various shifts in a 24/7 environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
