Responsibilities
Your day-to-day will involve:
Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Selling and saving products and services
- Recommending additional products and services
- Negotiating and completing save/service order requests from customers
- Working with customers patiently, tactfully and efficiently
- Accurately computing and quoting various fees and adjustments.
- Providing options to the customer based on product and service needs
- Full range of billing and collections duties
- Full range of repair resolution duties
