Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Confidently promote and sell products and services
- Understand customer needs and recommend the best solutions to retain or upgrade their services
- Accurately process service changes and account updates
- Handle billing inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Complete service/save orders and negotiate when needed
- Provide an outstanding experience in every interaction

- Comfort and confidence in sales conversations
- Independent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- High energy and a professional, positive demeanor
- Dependability with a strong record of attendance
- Solid data entry and basic math skills

- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work onsite at our Beckley, WV location
