As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand awareness, fostering strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth. This position requires a proactive and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Representation

• Serve as the face of the Iberia brand, representing its values and mission to customers, clients, and partners.
• Actively promote Iberia products at events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Iberia products, history, and competitive advantages.
  
  

Marketing & Sales Support

• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and strategies.
• Provide feedback and insights from the field to refine marketing efforts and identify new opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and customers.
  
  

Customer Engagement

• Engage with customers to educate them about Iberia's unique benefits and features.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive experience with the brand.
• Actively seek opportunities to expand Iberia's reach in local and regional markets.
  
  

Travel & Reporting

• Travel as necessary to represent Iberia in various territories.
• Submit detailed reports on campaign performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Manage and track travel expenses in accordance with company policies.
  
  

Position Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or customer service roles; experience as a Brand Ambassador is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Enthusiastic, outgoing personality with a passion for building relationships.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Bilingual preferred
