PROGRAM ANALYST

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST with Department of the Interior, Office of the Secretary, Management & Budget, Office of Planning & Performance Management, located in either:

HERNDON,VIRGINIA

RESTON,VIRGINIA

WASHINGTON, D.C.

You may be required to travel overnight away from home up to 5 nights per month. You must obtain a government charge card for travel purposes.

Pay will vary based on grade level and/or duty location for which you're selected.

For current Federal employees, if hours worked per week are not included on your resume, you must submit a non-award SF-50 as part of your application to be used to validate your work schedule and determine the amount of specialized experience that you will be granted. An award SF-50 will not be acceptable documentation for which to consider your amount of qualifying experience. Minimum Qualification Requirements: To qualify for this position at the GS-15 grade level, you must meet Specialized Experience for the series to which you are applying.

Specialized Experience: To qualify, you must possess at least one full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level in the Federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors). Specialized experience is defined as demonstrated experience:

• Leading the development, implementation, assessment, or improvement of an organization-wide Enterprise Risk Management program, including risk identification, assessment, prioritization, treatment, monitoring, and reporting.
• Developing policy recommendations, conducting research, and coordinating with Department officials to support successful implementation of program initiatives.
• Providing authoritative guidance to senior leaders and program officials on complex enterprise, strategic, operational, financial, legal, reputational, technology, workforce, and program delivery risks.
• Leading task force efforts, providing technical guidance and representing the Department in intergovernmental engagements while coordinating with internal and external contacts to ensure policy alignment.
