About the Job
IASA Group is seeking a motivated and organized Warehouse & Receiving Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations. This position is responsible for receiving incoming material, inventory control, kitting activities, order preparation, and general warehouse support. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced aerospace and defense distribution environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to assist wherever needed to keep operations running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments
- Verify quantities and documentation against purchase orders
- Label, organize, and stock inventory in designated locations
- Process receiving transactions within the ERP system
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
- Build and prepare customer kits according to work instructions
- Package materials for shipment and support shipping activities as needed
- Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness
- Assist with inventory accuracy initiatives
- Work closely with Purchasing, Order Processing, and Shipping teams
- Support general warehouse and operational duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Required High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Preferred Warehouse, receiving, inventory, or logistics experience
- Experience with ERP systems
- Aerospace, distribution, manufacturing, or defense industry experience
