Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and welcoming Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a memorable and seamless experience from check-in to check-out. This energetic role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a hospitality environment, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills, multitasking abilities, and a passion for creating positive guest relations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be bilingual or multilingual, and have prior hotel or resort experience. Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and professionalism
  • Operate multi-line phone systems, answer calls promptly, and direct them appropriately
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest information
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards
  • Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy
  • Assist with guest relations by offering local information, amenities details, and personalized recommendations

Skills

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations
  • Excellent customer service skills with a welcoming demeanor
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse guest populations effectively
  • Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and proficiency with multi-line phone systems
  • Ability to handle night audit procedures accurately and efficiently
  • Knowledge of resort operations and guest services best practices
  • Outstanding communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
