Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide check-in/check-out assistance with professionalism and a friendly attitude
- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and handle reservation requests with excellent phone etiquette
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards
- Assist guests with their needs, including providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely room cleaning and maintenance requests are fulfilled
- Support night audit procedures by reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports for management
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Prior experience in hotel management or hospitality management is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse guest base effectively
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
- Familiarity with front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and reservation software
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including night audit procedures and guest services protocols
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
