Job Summary
The IAPP is seeking a Solutions Engineer to drive technical innovation and strategic development within our Technology team. This pivotal role will focus on leading the development of system, technical, and product standards that align with our long-term business strategies.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Advance projects in Cloud and DevOps.
- Develop innovative, pragmatic solutions to intricate technical challenges by leveraging comprehensive analysis, strategic thinking, and adaptive problem-solving.
- Support new product launches and technology stack modernization.
- Collaborate across teams to define technical requirements and design resilient solutions.
- Maintain a holistic approach to technology architecture and vendor relationships.
- Guide and collaborate with software engineering teams.
- Design adaptable product and system architectures.
- Foster efficiency and technological advancement.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience
- 7 years of software engineering experience.
- Proven expertise in:
- Agile methodologies.
- DevOps practices.
- Modern technology frameworks.
- Business operations and global technology trends.
- Proficiency in:
- Client-side and server-side JavaScript frameworks.
- NoSQL databases.
- Microservices and API integration.
- Deep understanding of:
- Code review processes.
- Layered solution design.
- Security protocols (access control, authentication).
- Secure software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Cloud-scale data ingestion.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong negotiation and consensus-building skills.
- Design thinking approach.
- Test-driven development mindset.
- Adaptability in dynamic environments.
