What You'll Be Doing:
Keep our guests safe while they enjoy our stunning water features
Enforce pool safety rules and respond to emergencies as needed
Deliver top-tier guest service with a smile
Monitor pool areas with focus and professionalism
Assist in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming pool and deck areas
What We're Looking For:
Must be at least 16 years old
Strong swimmer and comfortable working in and around water
Responsible, observant, and calm under pressure
Friendly, enthusiastic, and guest-focused
Willing to complete and pass the Gaylord Lifeguard Training Program
Training Requirements (We'll help you succeed!):
Swim 100 yards continuously using breaststroke or front crawl
Retrieve a 10-lb object from a depth of 6 feet
Tread water for 1 minute hands-free
Successfully complete First Aid, CPR, and lifeguard training through StarGuard
When You'll Work: We're looking for availability during:
Weekends, holidays, and summer months
Flexible shifts (morning, afternoon, and evening)
Bonus Points If You Have:
Previous lifeguard or pool operations experience
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
An interest in hospitality and guest experience
