With two thriving locations, over 300 vehicles in inventory, and a full-service center staffed by top-tier technicians, we’re looking for a dynamic leader to help us continue to grow and innovate.
Automotive Service Writer
We are seeking a customer-focused Service Writer to support daily service operations. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinates technician workflow, and ensures efficient scheduling and service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers regarding diagnostics, repairs, and timelines
- Prepare estimates, work orders, and invoices
- Schedule services and manage technician workflow
- Monitor parts inventory and ensure availability
- Resolve customer concerns and support safety and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with service writing software
- Customer-first attitude; leadership experience a plus
