We’re seeking a dedicated 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician to support our overnight operations and ensure our manufacturing equipment runs smoothly and efficiently. Position Summary

As a 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician, you will perform a variety of tasks to support the maintenance needs of our facility. You’ll assist in training and guiding junior technicians, troubleshoot and repair equipment, and collaborate with senior team members to maintain high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote a positive and productive work environment
• Maintain a clean and organized maintenance area
• Perform basic repairs on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Assist senior technicians with complex maintenance tasks
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate repair activities
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and support on the production floor
• Communicate unresolved issues to the next shift
• Accurately complete all required documentation
• Follow established procedures for spare parts management
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; skilled trades education is a plus
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in machine maintenance
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Familiarity with hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical schematics
• Capable of lifting 20 lbs. and standing for extended periods
• Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE

• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
