Directly supervises several employees in the various molding divisions. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Duties
- Examine Materials and products at various stages of processing for conformance to specifications.
- Observe machines and equipment for malfunction and order adjustments or repairs, or direct workers to make adjustments or repairs.
- Review production schedules and determine resource needs and make appropriate adjustments in resource allocations as schedules dictate.
- Interpret company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.
- Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders to workers, and assign duties.
- Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
- Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
- Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop, department, or employees.
- Analyze and resolve work problems or assist workers in solving work problems.
- Initiate or suggest plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.
- Maintain time and production records.
- Estimate, requisition, and inspect materials.
- Confer with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments.
- Set up machines and equipment.
- Perform activities of workers supervised.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
