What You’ll Do:
Own the Workplace Experience
You’ll be the go-to leader for our physical workspace, accountable for how it looks, feels, functions, and supports our people.
- Serve as the primary owner of the office environment, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they disrupt work
- Ensure continuous operation of all building systems including HVAC, security, plumbing, fire/life safety, and electrical
- Partner with building management and vendors to maintain a clean, safe, functional, and welcoming office
- Manage office supplies, furniture, inventory, mail, and package logistics
- Support office moves, space planning, desk reconfigurations, and workplace improvements
- Assist with health, safety, and emergency preparedness initiatives
Lead End-User Technology & IT Support
You’ll ensure our employees are set up for success from day one and supported every step of the way.
- Provide first-line, hands-on IT support for laptops, desktops, peripherals, printers, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and basic network issues (in-person and remote)
- Own onboarding and off-boarding technology setup, access, and equipment recovery
- Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and software licensing
- Manage user access, permissions, and basic system administration
- Support AV and conference room technology
- Escalate complex issues to Operations leadership or managed service providers as needed
Partner Across the Organization
This role is deeply collaborative and highly visible.
- Partner with People Team and Operations on onboarding, employee experience, and workplace initiatives
- Support Events teams with shipping, equipment coordination, and onsite support for NYC-based events
- Track and manage IT and facilities budgets, contracts, and vendors
- Build and maintain clear documentation for office and IT processes
Who You Are:

- You bring 5 years of experience across facilities management, workplace operations, IT support, or a blended role
- You’re passionate about creating great work environments and equally energized by preventive maintenance and systems thinking
- You’re a proactive problem-solver who sees risks early and takes initiative
- You’re customer-focused and know how to balance employee needs with operational realities
- You’re experienced with HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and building infrastructure
- You’re cost-savvy and comfortable managing budgets, contracts, and vendors
- You’re highly organized, process-driven, and rely on checklists, documentation, and planning
- You communicate clearly and confidently with people at all levels
- You thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and stay calm under pressure
- You’re proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- You hold yourself to a high standard of accountability, integrity, and consistency
- You have a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of documented HVAC or electrical journeyman-level experience

Salary : $75,000 - $105,000
