This dynamic, high-volume, technologically advanced practice offers the full spectrum of surgical services. Opportunity Highlights Join the dynamic team of 3 General Surgeons, 1 Acute/Trauma General Surgeon, and 2 PA’s PRN Coverage for Emergency General Surgery- very flexible scheduling EMR: EPIC Shift length: 24 hours (12 in house; 12 call) PRN Rate: $265.80/hour Qualifications All offers are contingent upon the successful completion of references, background check, pre-employment physical and drug screen. Graduate of a medical/osteopathic medical school is required. Demonstrated competency as a physician by completion of an appropriate residency program Must be able to obtain Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa medical staff privileges. Above average communication skills. Ability to work with a team. Licensed or eligible for State of Iowa physician license; Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate.
