Key Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate architectural documentation from concept design through construction administration.
- Prepare construction documents and technical details using Revit.
- Coordinate with interior designers, engineers, lighting designers, and specialty consultants to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Assist in resolving design and technical challenges while maintaining project quality, schedule, and budget.
- Participate in client meetings, consultant coordination, and project presentations as needed.
- Review shop drawings, respond to RFIs, and support construction administration activities.
- Ensure projects meet applicable building codes, accessibility requirements, and client standards.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, design-focused studio environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 5–10 years of architectural experience, with hospitality experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Revit and experience producing construction documents.
- Working knowledge of building codes, detailing, and construction practices.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Architectural licensure or progress toward licensure is preferred
