Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Architect based in Kansas City, MO. The Project Architect will manage and oversee architectural design processes, from initial project ideation to final execution. Primary responsibilities include handling submittals, coordinating with project teams, utilizing advanced Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools, and integrating sustainable practices aligned with LEED standards. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with clients and stakeholders while maintaining project timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in architecture design and strong experience with submittals
- Knowledge and practical experience in Project Management
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools
