The Instructor may be required to coach and officiate practices and games across all age groups and skill levels. They will need to build relationships with players, parents, and parent-coaches while making sure that the instructional aspects of the i9 Sports Experience are delivered.

Responsibilities
- Assist parent volunteer coaches to lead practices focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun.
- Teach & demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values.
- Supervise the overall operation of the sport on game day.
- Officiate games.
- Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience as a player, coach, or referee is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems.
- Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships
- Ability to work weekends.
