Position Overview:
i9 Sports is looking for an energetic and reliable Sports Coordinator to help run and manage our youth sports programs on game days. This is a part-time, Saturday-only position, perfect for someone who enjoys working with kids, being outdoors, and creating a fun, organized environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and break down fields and equipment on game days
- Manage game-day operations to ensure schedules run smoothly
- Support volunteer coaches, referees, and families
- Lead drills or assist with clinic-style instruction when needed
- Ensure a positive, safe, and fun experience for all participants
- Handle basic administrative and communication tasks during events
Schedule:
- Saturdays (game days) are required
- Optional weekday hours available for those interested in marketing, outreach, and program support
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work with children and families
- Dependable and punctual
- Interest or background in sports is preferred but not required
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
