Oakland, CA Full Time
POSTED ON 6/19/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 12/14/2026
About the Role

i4COLOR is seeking a part-time temporary Prepress Operator to support production workload during the summer and potentially into the early fall, depending on workload and project needs. This role is ideal for an experienced prepress professional who can quickly learn i4COLOR’s workflows and contribute high-quality technical expertise while helping the team meet increased production demands.

As a Prepress Operator at i4COLOR, you’ll prepare print-ready files for Litho, Flexo, Gravure, and Digital print methods, working with our production and account teams. Responsibilities include preflighting, applying color corrections and separations, trapping, and using Esko Viewer to inspect content while ensuring alignment with client specifications and vendor requirements.

You’ll work with both packaging and non-packaging mechanicals while following i4COLOR’s production standards, internal procedures, and client requirements. While not a core function, this role may occasionally offer opportunities to support packaging production design for those interested in expanding their technical scope.
