Seeking an experienced sales professional to manage and grow laboratory accounts, act as the primary liaison between the laboratory and dental practices, and support clinical and technical communication to ensure high-quality restorative outcomes. - Develop new business and expand existing accounts within an assigned territory or market segment to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clinicians, dental offices, and referral partners; maintain regular client communication and build long-term relationships.
- Provide technical consultation on case planning, material selection, and workflow options (fixed restorations, implant cases, removable prosthetics, digital design/CAD-CAM) in coordination with laboratory technicians and managers.
- Prepare and present product and service demonstrations, clinical case reviews, and continuing-education sessions for dental teams.
- Collaborate with production leadership to ensure accurate interpretation of prescriptions, timely case acceptance, and resolution of technical issues or remakes.
- Manage sales pipeline and customer records using CRM tools; generate regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Develop pricing quotes, proposals, and promotional initiatives consistent with company strategies and profitability goals.
- Represent the laboratory at industry events, trade shows, and local meetings as required.
- Support internal cross-functional initiatives including marketing, customer service, and training to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Proven sales experience (typically 3 years) in the dental industry, dental laboratory services, or related dental products/services.
- Working knowledge of dental laboratory products and processes, including fixed prosthetics, implant restorations, and removable prosthetics; familiarity with digital workflows (scanning, CAD/CAM) is required.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing customer relationships.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to clinicians and internal teams.
- Proficient with CRM systems and standard office software; comfortable preparing presentations and sales reports.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites within an assigned territory as needed.
- Prior experience working with a dental laboratory or a background as a dental technician.
- Familiarity with laboratory design software (e.g., Exocad, 3Shape) and production technologies (3D printing, milling).
- Experience with selling implant-related restorative services and complex restorative workflows.
- Bilingual language skills relevant to the local market.
Salary : $150,000 - $180,000
