Implementation Specialist (On-Site/Hybrid GA Territory Required)

JOB TITLE: Implementation Specialist

FLSA STATUS: Exempt

REPORTS TO: Associate Director, Implementations

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: No

JOB LOCATION: Canton, GA

TRAVEL: Up to 40%

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review contracts with the Project Manager to understand the scope of work, deliverables and special requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and customer stakeholders to gather business requirements and understand operational processes.
• Assess customer's technology environmental, system requirements and accessibility.
• Prepare and conduct software demonstrations.
• Configure software solutions to meet the customer's business and operational requirements.
• Perform quality assurance reviews of system configurations and converted data prior to deployment.
• Deliver remote and onsite training for administrators, end users, and other customer stakeholders.
• Provide implementation support throughout testing, go-live, and the post-deployment stabilization period.
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues, and customer-reported concerns.
• Coordinate with Support team to ensure a smooth transition from implementation to the maintenance phase.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers and internal teams regarding project status, risks, issues, and milestones.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Follow established implementation methodologies and document process improvements, procedures, and best practices as needed.
• Evaluate customer enhancement requests and collaborate with internal departments to support scoping and prioritization efforts.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE):

• Associate degree in computer/software-related field or 3 years of software implementation experience
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
