Customer Service – Office Facilitator
Location: Kingman, Arizona (On-site)
Position Type: Contract (2 Years)
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary
The Office Facilitator serves as the first point of contact for customers visiting the Motor Vehicle Division (MVD). This role focuses on providing guidance, managing lobby flow, and supporting customer service operations including photo services, kiosk assistance, and test administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers entering the MVD office
- Guide visitors to appropriate service areas or kiosks
- Provide support with self-service kiosks and general inquiries
- Capture customer photos for licensing and identification
- Assist in administering written driving tests
- Enter and update test results and customer data in the system
- Handle, organize, and maintain documentation accurately
- Support front desk/greeter station operations
- Deliver a high level of in-person customer service at all times
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working directly with customers in a face-to-face environment
- Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must hold a valid Arizona driver’s license
- Must be a local candidate (Kingman, AZ area)
