The Account Supervisor serves as a key client liaison and team leader within i2Vision’s Client Services department. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day management of healthcare accounts, guide a team of account executives and representatives, and ensure the seamless execution of clients’ marketing and communications strategies. The Account Supervisor plays a critical role in maintaining strong client relationships while supporting the growth and development of the account team.
Client & Account Management
• Maintain long-term, profitable client relationships grounded in trust, responsiveness, and strategic value
• Communicate with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth
• Execute and supervise clients’ marketing and communications plans from kickoff through delivery
• Review and provide feedback on recommendations for advertising and communications campaigns
• Manage accounts’ financial aspects including budgets, contracts, fees, and billing reconciliation
• Report on account activities, campaign performance, and key metrics to internal leadership and clients
Team Leadership & Development
• Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives and Account Representatives
• Allocate new accounts and project tasks to team members based on workload and expertise
• Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and guidance
• Support a collaborative, inclusive team environment aligned with i2Vision’s culture and values
Strategy & Execution
• Provide strategic insight to shape and elevate clients’ promotional programs
• Oversee the execution, analysis, and optimization of integrated marketing and communications plans
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, medical/regulatory, and project management teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Required
• Proven experience as an Account Supervisor or Senior Account Executive within a healthcare, medical communications, or promotional agency
• Solid account management and client service experience in a biopharma or life sciences setting
• Demonstrated experience managing projects across complex, multi-channel campaigns
• Familiarity with budgeting, financial reporting, and scope management
• Knowledge of online marketing, digital advertising, and communications channels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities with keen attention to detail
• Strategic thinking with the ability to contribute meaningfully to client programs
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and social media platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field
Preferred
• Experience supporting promotional healthcare campaigns including branded and unbranded communications
• Familiarity with medical/regulatory review (MLR) processes
• Experience managing or mentoring junior account staff
