Job Title- Packaging Technician
Team: Print Press
Location: Mountain Top, PA
Type: Full-time, in person
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, rotating schedule
Pay: $17.00 per hour plus quarterly bonus
What you will be responsible for
· Help each area of the press setup for the next job
· Package the rolls neatly
· Write roll sizes down neatly with any defects noted
· Setup job based on schedule and spec
· Print roll and pallet labels
· Label rolls properly
· Follow all safety, handling, and environmental procedures related to chemicals
- Communicate clearly with quality, press, and production teams
Required qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working in a production environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
· Be able to push large rolls onto machine
· Forklift experience a plus
· Be able to work a 12-hour shift with no set break schedule
