Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Title - Building and Grounds Technician

Team: Facilities

Location: Mountain Top, PA

Type: Full-time, in person
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, M-F
Pay: $18.00 per hour plus quarterly bonus

What you will be responsible for

• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various maintenance tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections of grounds to identify maintenance/safety needs and report issues promptly.
• Assist in the installation of new building or facility features as needed.
• Maintain equipment used for grounds maintenance in good working order.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.

Required qualifications

• Familiarity with operating hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Basic mechanical knowledge of equipment maintenance is preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working in a production environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
