What You’ll Do
As a Refrigeration Generalist Appliance Repair Technician, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential appliances with professionalism and precision.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Diagnosing and repairing a full range of home appliances and refrigeration equipment
- Providing accurate repair estimates and explaining services to customers
- Communicating clearly and respectfully with customers and the office team
- Ordering parts and managing company materials efficiently
- Collecting payments and completing accurate service documentation.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you’ll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- EPA Type I or Universal CFC Certification (required)
- 1 years of appliance repair experience preferred (refrigeration experience a plus)
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $60,000 – $150,000 per year, based on experience and performance
- Compensation Structure: Guaranteed daily rate to start, with potential transition to commission-based pay tied to revenue. Top technicians regularly earn six-figure incomes
- Bonuses & Incentives: Performance-based bonuses, commission opportunities, and additional rewards through our Team Builder referral program (earn $10,000 per year per referred technician)
