Schedule: 4-day weeks-either Monday through Thursday or Friday through Monday (employee's preference). 10-hour days, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM.

What You'll Do
- Identify and report any conditions that could impact safety, product quality, or food-safety compliance.
- Troubleshoot failures, analyze system conditions, and perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial refrigeration and HVAC equipment.
- Maintain, repair, and optimize refrigeration, building utilities, and production equipment to minimize downtime and maintain operational flow.
- Complete planned and unplanned work orders accurately, documenting all actions to meet regulatory and internal compliance standards.
- Communicate system status and equipment updates clearly to operators and leadership.
- Support continuous improvement efforts in a fast-paced facility scaling up its manufacturing footprint.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall plant performance and reliability.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 5 years of refrigeration journeyman-level experience or equivalent combination of technical education and hands-on work.
- Strong troubleshooting expertise on refrigeration systems and the ability to interpret electrical and refrigeration meters.
- EPA Universal Certification.
- Basic understanding of instrumentation and control logic.
- Proficiency in using standard computer software.
- Preferred:
- A.A./A.S. in a technical discipline.
- Experience in food or beverage manufacturing.
- Working knowledge of HACCP and GMPs.
- Strong theoretical knowledge of electrical circuits and capability to troubleshoot AC/DC, single/polyphase, low/high-voltage systems.
