What You’ll Do
As an Appliance Repair Technician, you’ll be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance and repair services with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair a variety of residential appliances and equipment.
- Provide accurate cost estimates and explain recommended repairs to customers.
- Communicate clearly and courteously throughout each service visit.
- Order parts and use company materials efficiently.
- Collect payments and complete accurate service documentation.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for skilled technicians who combine hands-on ability with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of proven experience as an Appliance Repair Technician or in a similar field.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
- Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- EPA certification is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $20–$25 per hour (based on experience) bonuses and commissions.
