Job Title : Quantity Surveyor (QS) Construction Lead
Location: Lebanon, Indiana
Contract: Initial 12 months
Working arrangement: Fully on site
Key responsibilities:
• Measure and verify completed construction works
• Review contractor payment applications against verified progress
• Evaluate change orders, variations and claims
• Maintain cost reports, commitment logs and earned value records
• Monitor subcontractor performance
• Support commercial issue resolution and invoice certification
Requirements:
• 8–10 years’ experience in quantity surveying, commercial management or cost leadership
• Experience supporting large-scale industrial, commercial or pharmaceutical construction projects
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, payment certification and change management
• Familiarity with U.S. construction standards and GMP environments preferred
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
