Job Title : Project Manager – CSA Building
Location: Lebanon, Indiana
Contract: Initial 12 months
Working arrangement: Fully on site
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the Civil, Structural and Architectural scope of a major pharmaceutical capital project in Lebanon, Indiana.
The Project Manager will act as the primary interface with the General Contractor, providing governance, prioritisation and clear decision-making to ensure the CSA scope is delivered safely, on schedule and within budget.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with the General Contractor
- Oversee project scope, schedule, costs, risks and change control
- Maintain daily visibility of construction progress and emerging issues
- Manage Project Deviation Notices and coordinate approvals
- Ensure compliance with site EHS, quality and project-management requirements
- Chair weekly project meetings and provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders
- Escalate risks, delays and contractor-performance issues appropriately
- Support delivery through design, construction, commissioning and handover
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline
- At least 10 years’ experience delivering major pharmaceutical, biotechnology or life-sciences capital projects
- Experience managing EPC firms or General Contractors on complex construction programmes
- Strong CSA building or construction-project experience
- Knowledge of GMP manufacturing facilities and regulated environments
- Strong experience across cost, schedule, risk, contracts and change management
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Previous experience on large-scale greenfield projects valued between $500 million and $2 billion is highly desirable
