VP, Business Development (Remote Option Available)
International Payout Systems (i-payout) is seeking an accomplished VP of Business Development to lead our revenue engine and expand our global footprint.
Since 2007, i-payout has delivered secure, enterprise-grade payment technologies to organizations that require seamless access to the global financial network. Our platform powers online and mobile payments, international transfers, card programs, and compliant financial technologies for enterprise clients worldwide.
This role may be based in Fort Lauderdale or fully remote within the U.S.
About the Role
As VP of Business Development, you will be the senior leader driving growth across domestic and international markets. You will own the go-to-market strategy, cultivate high-value partnerships, and close complex enterprise deals. You will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with our Compliance, Legal, Engineering, and Customer Support teams to deliver world-class solutions to our clients.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for an experienced FinTech business development executive who thrives in a fast-moving environment and knows how to turn relationships into revenue.
What You Will Do
• Drive all new business development efforts, identifying high-value prospects and closing significant enterprise deals.
• Produce quarterly and annual revenue forecasts and lead strategic sales planning.
• Deliver presentations and product demonstrations that communicate the value of i-payout’s global payment solutions.
• Build relationships across payment processors, banks, and key FinTech stakeholders.
• Stay current on financial technology trends including digital payments, FX, digital currencies, blockchain, and emerging global rails.
• Partner with internal teams to shape client solutions and support onboarding.
• Provide weekly go-to-market updates, deal pipeline reporting, and recommended next steps.
What We Are Looking For
• Ten or more years selling B2B or B2C technology services, preferably in the payments or financial services sector.
• A proven track record of exceeding global sales quotas.
• Strong understanding of international payment ecosystems and financial technologies.
• Meaningful relationships within FinTech, payment processors, or financial institutions.
• Experience in one or more of the following verticals: Direct Selling, Gig Economy, eSports, Franchise Media, Payments, Insurance, Affiliate Marketing, Clinical Trials or Market Research.
• Strong communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
