What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining warehouse operations, preparing medical equipment for shipment, and ensuring a clean, safe, and organized facility.

Responsibilities Include:

✅ Loading and unloading trucks

✅ Preparing medical equipment for shipping

✅ Cleaning and pressure washing hospital beds and stretchers

✅ Tagging equipment according to condition standards

✅ Organizing inventory and placing materials on racks, shelves, and storage areas

✅ Assembling and staging customer orders

✅ Operating warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and dollies

✅ Storing beds and stretchers in designated warehouse locations

✅ Recycling scrap materials and disposing of waste properly

✅ Reporting defective materials or safety concerns

✅ Performing facility upkeep, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal

✅ Climbing ladders safely to retrieve and organize materials

✅ Maintaining a safe, organized, and productive work environment

Qualifications

Preferred:

• Previous warehouse experience
• Sit-down forklift experience
• Ability to become forklift certified in-house
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements:

• Regular lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving equipment
• Standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment
• Ability to safely climb ladders and operate material-handling equipment
