Inventory Specialist
Location: Lawrenceburg, IN (Onsite)
Full time/Hourly $19-$22

Position Summary
The Inventory Specialist plays a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly by ensuring inventory accuracy and product availability. This position supports order fulfillment, inventory tracking, and cross-functional coordination to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain inventory workflows within ERP systems
- Review and validate sales orders for accuracy, pricing, and configuration
- Coordinate shipments, including backorders and special requests
- Monitor inventory levels and resolve shortages proactively
- Maintain accurate shipping schedules and order data
- Support quoting by verifying inventory availability
- Process returns, including customer communication and authorizations
- Perform cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation
- Create and manage production kits and work orders
- Track material usage and reconcile completed work orders
- Maintain service order and equipment records
- Collaborate with shipping, receiving, and purchasing teams
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Analytical and problem-solving ability
- Experience with ERP or inventory systems preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to support operations
