Automation Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design and engineering responsibilities to provide drawings, PLC programming, operator interface design, panel design and documentation for specific projects as coordinated by the Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer

• Interface with customers and suppliers for specific project design requirements for your project

• System startup and commissioning

• Assist in generating new projects from existing customers and generate proposals and quotations which may include some preliminary engineering and design

• Interface with CAD Department and shop for drawings and panel assembly on your project

• Interface with Management for all customer invoicing

• Provide accurate weekly documentation of time per project and task

• Possibility of some weekends during startups

Experience:

• Programmable logic controllers: 3 years (Preferred) License/Certification:
